Beyond a graphic or a symbol, our new logo is a statement to resonate with our customers, and we’re delighted they loved it!
Coming to our new website, we believe it's not just a digital space but a strategic hub for all things digital signage. The new design is streamlined to be clean and user-friendly, mirroring the precision and seamlessness of our innovative solutions.
At L Squared, we’re obsessed with customer success. This includes our commitment to delivering unparalleled support to our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible.
One of our biggest achievements this year was updating our Service Level Agreement (SLA) to a swift 4-hour response time. This means that whenever customers need assistance, we're dedicated to providing a thoughtful response within four hours. It's our way of ensuring that customers experience the highest level of service and support with us.
Moving on to special dates, we celebrated L Squared’s Sweet 16 this year! We could not be more happy and honoured for the wonderful things we’ve accomplished in all these years. We send a special thanks to our fantastic L Squared team and loyal customers who’ve made all this possible!

This next win is a milestone we’re really proud of. In our efforts to ensure uncompromising security in our solutions, attaining the SOC 2 certification is a victory we celebrate proudly. This achievement isn’t just another badge to collect — but our commitment to fortify our clients' trust and safeguard data with the highest security standards.
The SOC 2 compliance signifies that our solutions meet the security criteria set by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) for managing customer data. This is to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our services. This milestone reinforces our commitment to excellence that extends far beyond features and functionalities.

Throwback to the National Retail Federation (NRF) 2023! We’re grateful to our solution partner, Lenovo, for sharing their fantastic booth with us.
As one of the biggest retail trade shows, we had an action-packed weekend full of learning, interaction and discovery. From displaying how store owners use our innovative solutions to interacting with customers at the show, we had an incredible experience in the Big Apple! We hope to see you in the next one too!
This one’s a big one (if you ask us) and we’re so grateful to Best Buy for this opportunity! We attended the Best Buy D2C Summit, along with LG and Peerless, and had some massive wins at the event.

As we’re nearing the end of the list, one of this year’s highlights was the LG Toronto Live. We were thrilled to support our solutions partner, LG, at the Toronto Live event. We always look forward to collaborating with our solutions partner, and this opportunity allowed us to showcase the effectiveness of dynamic software coupled with resilient hardware.
This event was also a great opportunity for our team to interact and exchange insights with other thought leaders in the digital signage industry!
